At BLANK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
